This design was developed by the owner "RIKZ International Company for Real Estate and Industrial Investment", putting the bulk of its expertise in urban development.

عمائر الـمجمع قائمة على هضبة مرتفعة شرق مدينة جدة في "وادي القوس" وهي منطقة ذات كثافة حضرية منخفضة . وموقع الهضبة الـمرتفع يسهل التمتع بالـمناخ الـمعتدل والهواء النقي لـمعظم ساعات اليوم والتي تـميل إلى أن تكون أكثر برودة في أوقات الليل. ومن جهة أخرى فإن موقع مشروعنا قرب حاجز مياه الأمطار شكل بيئة صحراوية ربيعية مجاورة من الـجهة الـجنوبية الشرقية للمشروع تبعث على الراحة والإستجمام

يتكون الـمجمع من خمسة مبانٍ متجاورة بارتفاعات مختلفة تـحتوي على مجموعة مساحاتِ
وحدات سكنية متنوعة ذات تصاميم خارجية كلاسيكية وداخلية حديثة .
تـمَّ اختيار جميع التصاميم لتقديـم بدائل لـمختلف الأذواق ولاحتياجات الـمساحات للسكن الـحديث مع الأخذ بعيـن الإعتبار العادات الـمعيشة للأسر وأنـماط الـحياة الـمختلفة والـخلفيات الإجتماعية وعدد الأفراد .
وقد تـم تطوير هذا التصميم من قبل الـمالك "شركة ركز الدولية للإستثمار العقاري والصناعي" ووضع الـجزء الأكبـر من خبـرتها في التنمية الـحضرية آخذة في الإعتبار التكامل والانسجام بيـن الصفات الـمعمارية الكلاسيكية لـمدينة جدة والـجذور العميقة لها مع كفاءة إستخدام الـمساحات الداخلية والـخارجية والتصاميم الـحديثة لتبـرز الـجمال والتكامل إضافة للترابط بيـن العناصر ومنافعها لتحقيق مجموعة من الـميزات.
إستخدمنا لتشطيب الأربعة نـجوم أجود الـمواد والعلامات التجارية الـمعروفة في جميع أنـحاء العالم من سيـراميك الأرضيات إلى مستلزمات وإكسسورات دورات الـمياه وأجهزة الـمطابخ. فكان السيـراميك الفاخر والـخزف والرخام والـجرانيت في التشطيب الداخلي للمجمع مـميزاً وجميلا. والـملحقات الـمستخدمة تـم إختيارها بعناية لضمان الـجودة والـمتانة الدائمة لتلبية معاييـر النخبة ( أربعة نـجوم ) من التشطيب في الـحمامات بتركيب أرقى زخارف السيـراميك بالإضافة إلى التجهيزات الصحية التي تلبي معاييـر الصحة العامة للحفاظ على نـمط حياة صحي ومراعاة لظروف البيئة العامة.
وإلى جانب ذلك إستخدمنا الـمنتجات الأكثر تـميزاً من مواد خام وعلى سبيل الذكر كالأبواب القوية عالية الـمصنعية ونوافذ الزجاج الـمزدوج والدهانات الداخلية والـخارجية بأعلى درجات الـجودة التي نفخر بتقديـمها لعملائنا .
